\nWhitening in a dental clinic<\/strong>\n\n

Teeth whitening in the dentist is done using laser or led and can last from 1 to 3 visits of 45 minutes each, depending on the discoloration of the teeth.\n\nWhile the bleaching process is painless, after its completion the patient may feel some sensitivity. This is temporary and is treated with special preparations recommended by the doctor according to the needs of each patient.\n\n

Whitening at home<\/strong>\n\n

To whiten your teeth at home, you will need a special molding tray which your doctor makes using a mold of your teeth. Of course, the whitening product that your dentist will recommend depending on your case is also necessary.\n\nThe treatment period and the way of using the molding tray (day or night, for how long each time) differ depending on the product used for whitening.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

How long does the effect of teeth whitening last?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The duration of the effect, as one would expect, varies from case to case. In some cases, the effect may remain visible even 2 years after treatment. However, the consumption of brightly colored foods and beverages (such as red wine and coffee) and especially smoking negatively affect the duration of the effect, which can no longer remain visible for over 6 months.<\/p>

An interesting practice for a longer lasting result is the combination of whitening in the clinic and at home.
